Visibility for ambitious people

Visible, by being
yourself.

You might know how LinkedIn works. Maybe you're even on it every day: reading, liking, congratulating everyone else. Your own posts, though? They never happen. And I'm pretty sure it's not a content problem. You have a clarity problem. And it has a name.

The step before

Everyone teaches the how. Nobody talks about the step before.

Every masterclass says the same thing: know your niche, know your offer, post consistently. And I always wondered: am I the only one stuck on the step before? Did everyone else really figure it all out, and know from the beginning what and how to create content?

It cannot be that I was the only one. (I wasn't and that's why this exists. 😇)

I have become the "LinkedIn person" in my network: built other people’s and companies’ presence as a ghostwriter, ran B2B ad campaigns, gave the workshops, gave the knowledge. I knew exactly how LinkedIn works, and I still couldn’t post for myself. Until I realized: the gap wasn’t skill. It was a lack of clarity, paired with limiting beliefs, that stopped me from becoming visible online.

That’s why I believe we must start at the core and name the blocker first, build the foundation second, and only then the strategy & content.

The diagnosis

Nine reasons smart people stay invisible

Why can’t you bring yourself to post even though you have a deep desire to do so? Let me tell you: it’s not because you are lazy or a procrastinator. Research from Kahneman's risk psychology, Kegan's hidden commitments and Stahl's core beliefs points to nine patterns. One or two of them are running you.

The Worst-Case Calculator

One imagined painful comment outweighs fifty people you'd help.

The Hidden Handbrake

"I'm not scared, I'm just busy." Somehow there's time for everything except this.

The Inner Protector

A vague dread you can't explain: an old belief firing before you can think.

The Tribe Watcher

Specific faces come to mind when you imagine hitting publish. They're watching, they are judging.

The Identity Keeper

"I'm just not a self-promoter." A sentence defended so long it feels like a fact.

The Humble Expert

Good work should speak for itself, but it's staying very quiet.

The Polisher

Drafts that were never quite ready. Standards that rise faster than you polish.

The Permission Waiter

Waiting for a title, a level, another course. A green light from the outside that isn't coming.

The Quiet Voice

"I wouldn't even know what to say." You stopped hearing yourself years ago.

The method

Unblock → Ground → Amplify.
In that order!

Most LinkedIn advice starts at stage three. That's why it never stuck. We start where the block actually lives and needs to be eradicated.

STAGE 1 · FREE

Unblock

The 6-minute blocker test names what's actually stopping you. Then we go one layer deeper in a free 20-minute debrief, and you leave with your first two moves, whether we ever work together or not.

Quiz + blocker debrief
STAGE 2 · THE STEP BEFORE

Ground

The identity work everyone skips: who you are, what you stand for, what only you can say. Self-knowledge turned into your personal branding Blueprint, the foundation that turns content from a task into a creative flow.

The App · waitlist open →
STAGE 3 · VISIBLE

Amplify

Your voice, your content rhythm, and the LinkedIn mechanics (profile, reach, consistency), built on a foundation that's actually yours. This is where the tactics finally work.

The app arrives in October

The App for personal brands in the making

Six chapters that take you from your blocker to your blueprint. Who you are, what you stand for, what you talk about, how you sound. At the end, ten post ideas that come from your own answers, not from a generator.

The first 30 people on the waitlist get the launch price. After that it goes to the regular price.

Buy V1 and V2 comes free. V2 builds on what you found out in V1.

I'll write to you once the app is there, nothing else.

Alex joined us as a live guest expert inside Remote Income School and broke down how to actually build a personal brand on LinkedIn. 🤩 What stood out most: she explained why the platform now rewards clear positioning and real conversations instead of quick likes. Our members walked away with tools they could apply right away, and I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to grow on LinkedIn the right way.

Bianca VogelaarBusiness Coach & Founder, Remote Income School · Guest expert session

I used to see LinkedIn as a necessary marketing tool. I knew I should be active, but posting felt difficult, and I never expected it to bring actual business, especially in a rather conservative industry. Alex helped me build a strategy that felt authentic instead of forced, and more importantly, she helped me understand why posting had always felt so hard for me. Not long after, I got my first clients and several valuable inquiries through LinkedIn. The biggest surprise: I genuinely enjoy being active there now.

I met Alex at a MentorMe session – and I’m glad I went. What really stuck with me was the way Alex explains things so that they really click. No theoretical jargon, just examples that make you think straight away: “Ah, so that’s how it works.” If you’re wondering how to showcase your expertise on LinkedIn, Alex is exactly the person to turn to. I met Alex on a training course we attended together, and our exchanges have been extremely valuable ever since, most recently in person in Bali. She gives helpful input, points to specific areas for development, and works with very well thought-out workbooks that give guidance while leaving room to find your own path. I especially appreciate her clear, thoughtful manner and the exchange at eye level.

I recently attended one of Alex's LinkedIn workshops and was quite impressed – not just by her deep expertise, but by her refreshing style and storytelling skills. Sharing knowledge is one thing, but it's another to make sure the message really resonates. My main takeaway? Get your story straight and just get started! ☺️ Thanks for all the practical advice and the motivating pep talks ✨🚀

I've worked with Alex for more than five years, first as a team mate, then as a team member. She taught me so much about how LinkedIn actually works. Together we set up hundreds of winning organic posts and lead gen campaigns and multiplied our brand awareness. I can recommend her to anyone looking for a social expert who throws her brain and heart into getting the most out of it for you.

Accelerator mentoring

Eight weeks, one to one, for people who are done waiting.

You are good at what you do. Very little of that shows up on LinkedIn. Not because you are missing knowledge, but because the question of who you have become is still open. That is where this starts.

How the eight weeks run

  • Week 1The app and your blocker

Six chapters on what holds you back and what you bring. It often surfaces something you had not put into words yet.

  • Weeks 2 and 3Identity and positioning

What you stand for, what only you can say, and what you actually want out of being visible. This is where the path splits.

  • Weeks 4 and 5Profile and voice

Your profile as a landing page instead of a CV, and the words people use when they look for someone like you.

  • Weeks 6 and 7Content and rhythm

Ideas that come from your own material, plus the mechanics that fit your goal.

  • Week 8Your first post goes out

And you leave with a plan for the weeks after, so it keeps going without me.

Built around your goal, not a curriculum. If you want speaking gigs, we build for the rooms and the people who book them. If you want clients, we work on inbound and the conversations that happen in your DMs.

I can tailor it that precisely because the app and the onboarding dig deep before session one. Quite often they surface a goal that was not fully conscious yet.

What comes with it

A banner built by a designer around your positioning. A coaching session with a colleague of mine, for the beliefs that sit deeper. A briefing for your photo, so you can tell your photographer what you need. And I am reachable on WhatsApp, within 24 hours on weekdays.

The first six places

I am finishing this programme right now, and the first six build it with me. You give me feedback after every session, and in return you get a reduced price. We talk about what that costs when we speak.

If you already have the app, I credit it.

The application takes about 5 minutes. I read every one personally, and the call afterwards is a conversation, not a pitch.

About

I know both sides: the corporate life and the leap.

I spent years in B2B marketing, building a company's LinkedIn presence and learning how careers actually get noticed. Then I became a freelancer, packed my life into a backpack, and spent the last four years working from coworking spaces between Mexico and Vietnam: ghostwriting for founders & managers, running campaigns, giving workshops, and consulting businesses.

The foundation underneath: born in Kazakhstan, raised in Germany by parents who rebuilt their lives from zero. It made me observant, resourceful, and permanently curious about what makes people who they are. I paid my own way through International Business studies in the Netherlands & Germany, interned in Moscow, studied in Mexico and Colombia, and wrote a top-graded master's thesis on B2B lead generation.

And the part that made me a mentor instead of another tips account: I knew exactly how LinkedIn works, and for years I still couldn't post for myself. Solving that properly, at the root, became the method I share today.

Questions

Asked and answered

Why can't I bring myself to post on LinkedIn?

You're probably not lazy, and another content strategy won't fix it. Research points to nine hidden psychological patterns: your brain doing the risk math wrong, an old belief firing before you can think, a hidden commitment to staying unjudgeable. You can't fix the one you can't name. We name it first. That's what the 6-minute test is for.

What is a LinkedIn mentor?

Someone who helps you become consistently visible on LinkedIn. My approach is diagnosis-first: find the blocker, build the identity foundation ("the step before"), and only then add content strategy and platform mechanics. The tactics layer is included. It comes last, because that's the only order that works.

I'm employed, not a founder. Is this for me?

Yes. The block is the same psychology: corporate employees tend to fear the judgment of colleagues and bosses; founders tend to fear seeming salesy. The goal adapts: getting noticed for the promotion and the opportunities you deserve, or building a brand that brings clients.

Do you write my posts for me?

No, and that's on purpose. I ghostwrote for years and saw what it builds: someone else's brand with your name on it. Full AI automation does the same (you can tell, and so can your audience). I love AI as a thinking tool. Your voice stays yours, and you'll learn to use it.

LinkedIn mentor, LinkedIn coach: what is the difference?

The labels overlap, and if you searched for a LinkedIn coach, you are in the right place. I call my work mentoring because I walked the road myself: I built LinkedIn presences professionally for years, got blocked on my own profile, and solved it. A coach asks questions from the sideline; a mentor hands you the map she used. The method stays the same either way: diagnosis first, foundation second, tactics last.

What does it cost?

The test and the 20-minute Blocker Debrief are free. The Accelerator Mentoring runs over eight weeks, one to one, with six sessions. The first six places are pilot places at a reduced rate, in exchange for feedback after every session. You apply via a short form, and we talk about the details in a call. If you already have the app, I credit it.
